Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting
We use it for meeting that involve multiple locations within our organization and also when meeting with other organizations such as customers and suppliers. It allows for screen sharing and also moving meeting locations at the last minute and not having to resend contact information. Allows for better communication between locations.
- Conference Calls.
- Screen Sharing.
- Single Point of Contact.
- Sometime hard to use from mobile phone.
- Saves on travel costs.
- Saves time with screen sharing functionality to easily diagnose problems remotely.
- WebEx Meetings and Skype
It is comparable. It was already in place and we have not switched in my tenure.
