We use it to run demos, webinars, and conference calls. Yes, it is used across the whole organization. It provides the ability to communicate remotely for external and internal purposes with multiple people at once.
- GoToMeeting is intuitive and easy to use.
- Typically provides good audio and video quality.
- There is an easy chat function for users to ask questions during a presentation.
- It can sometimes have a shaky and unreliable connection.
- If multiple people are on the line, there is often an echo unless everyone mutes their device.
- Positive: It has allowed me to easily run meetings on the go with individuals in different parts of the country.
- Negative: GoToMeeting has sometimes been unreliable in meetings with delayed screen sharing and poor audio.
