Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting
We use it to collaborate with plans and design aspects for projects. We use it on a case by case basis but it is used frequently. Some of the job sites have limited or slow internet access so it creates problems for us and the ability to use it effectively.
- Easy to use and navigate
- Screen share is very convenient and simple
- Anyone can participate
- The phone or talking portion has a big lag and slows things down. We generally use a cell phone and put it on speaker
- It has made it a lot easier to communicate and share ideas without everyone having to meet at a certain location
GoToMeeting is simple to use. Microsoft Teams is also easy to use and is included with our corporate Microsoft package so no additional fees. Both are very similar
