Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting
GoToMeeting is being used as an alternative to Microsoft apps such as Skype for Business and Teams. GoToMeeting offer some very stable channels to have meetings through and have some extra features offered that we find very attractive. Project managers can create meetings on behalf of others and co-host. It is also very easy to use and easy to learn. Clients have an easy time joining meetings as no admin rights are required.
- The co-host meetings option is very smart.

- Easy to record meetings.
- Stable connection.
- Licensing can be a bit confusing and should be simplified.
- It would be nice if GoToMeeting - and webinar would be combined.
- Support, if needed, is pretty bad.
- It helped with a stable connection with customers from different parts of the world making it easier to earn money.
- People are happy to use it and save time.
The interface and management are really easy with GoToMeeting and it's a huge advantage as an administrator. We do use other tools as well if clients require it and we do also have Skype for Business and teams as a part of our standard office package. But GoToMeeting has just turned out to be the most stable application connection wise.
