Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our company doesn't use it for us but I have a lot of webinars/meetings that I attend that use GoTo Meeting. As an attendee, I really like the program. It's user-friendly and I have never had any problems with it over the years.

Pros and Cons

The host can easily mute/unmute.
The Q&A area is a great feature too!
The setup of the control box is simple and clear.

Return on Investment

I can't answer this as we are not Hosts, just attendee's & I don't want to mislead anyone.

Alternatives Considered

Zoom and Microsoft Teams

I prefer Zoom for smaller meetings & only some screen sharing. Microsoft Teams is something that I haven't used a lot, so it's hard to compare. GoTo Meeting is great for large groups/seminars with lots of screen sharing & slideshows/presentations.

As only an attendee, not a host, I would definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking into a new program for hosting. As an attendee, you want to use something that has minimal issues, is clear, concise, etc. This is everything that I have experienced with GoTo Meeting.
