Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
We often hold small meetings for both internal planning, training sessions, and new client perspective presentations. We probably do 10+ of these per month. It is very useful to have a simple, secure space to hold these meetings with recording capabilities. GoTo Meeting has been a good tool for us.
- Easy to use.
- Easy to record.
- Integrates well with Outlook calendar.
- Recordings for meetings often include "this meeting is now being recorded". This is not good as we have to edit it out EVERY time.
- Addressing legacy problems such as the recording issue above. I've contacted GTM about this issue and it has not been resolved. Seems like a reasonable and relevant request that has been completely overlooked.
- Unable to access email addresses of former "panelists". This is problematic as I often need to get their contact info to send reports, etc. Should be an easy thing to allow. Have also suggested this. No response from GoTo Meeting.
- Many other platforms allow participants to change out and/or blur the background. It puts GoTo Meetingbehind the times to not offer the same option. Need them to step up and offer competitive services since they are definitely charging comparable pricing.
- This functionality has been crucial to our company structure.
- Often our potential clients associate our competency with the functionality of our meeting platform.

Similar functionality. GoTo Meeting has better Outlook integration, but a lower quality picture, bandwidth, and recording capabilities.
