Overall Satisfaction with Grasshopper
We use it for all calls to the business. Forwarding options, message options, call blocking and fax. In addition, I find it useful for looking up callers who hang up. All caller numbers are recorded to toll-free numbers, even blocked ones. The new option that allows you to have a local number and be able to list it with any name and call with an iPhone app is invaluable.

- Call forwarding.
- iPhone calling app.
Cons
- Through the past 20 years, they have added many features based on suggestions. I cannot think of anything else I would want.
- Increases number of clients.
- Increased volume.
- Customer satisfaction.
I have not needed to use any other product.
