Overall Satisfaction with GRIN
We use GRIN to seed influencers in bulk and send them products. We try to reach out to around 200 influencers per day, with the hope of sending products to 250 per month. Because so many are non-responsive, it's helpful that GRIN allows us to find them and contact them all at volume. Having to find each one individually on our own and then individually DM each one would be impossible at our current size.
Pros
- Influencer search feature
- Contacting influencers in bulk
- Setting up email sequences to auto-reply to influencers who have gone cold
Cons
- Many of the influencer emails come back as invalid, I wish Grin could find a way to get the right email addresses for those people
- Not many things in the platform can be automated
- Sometimes our email in Grin randomly disconnects and we have to reconnect it
- We are still very new to the platform so we have not seen any impact on ROI yet.
