Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use it with our sales and marketing organization. It does a great job helping in marketing to track open rates, who's opening emails, and where they are opening emails. On the sales side, I use it to see who from various departments is opening emails and where they are at.
  • Email opens and clicks.
  • Email campaigns and setting up templates.
  • Scheduling emails out.
  • Continue to enhance and improve the chrome add in.
  • Add Evie as a scheduling bot to make it easier to schedule.
  • Add suggested email templates.
  • Improvement in which accounts are active.
  • Increase in sales.
  • Reduction in churn in current customers that are unhappy.
It's better and easier to use than Yesware. Yesware's opportunity management suite is better than Groove.
They are quick to respond and thorough with their response.

Sales: Looking to track email opens, campaigns, success.
Marketing: Lead gen, email marketing.

Not appropriate:
Anything that's not stored in another system for campaigns. It can be annoying that I have to use sf.com contacts.
