Across the organization. As a Sales Account Rep, I use it to pass along information to multiple accounts and prospects. It saves me a lot of time that I would rather be spending with my clients and prospects.

- Can reach multiple customers and prospects in minutes
- Ability to include attachments and integrate images into the body of an email
