Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Across the organization. As a Sales Account Rep, I use it to pass along information to multiple accounts and prospects. It saves me a lot of time that I would rather be spending with my clients and prospects.

  • Manage sales campaigns

Cons

  • Repurposing a Template
  • FLOWs Do not sync with Salesforce Events
  • More best practices for effective emails
  • Great time management tool
  • Can reach multiple customers and prospects in minutes
  • Ability to include attachments and integrate images into the body of an email
