Overall Satisfaction with Groove

All the sales team use Groove to connect with new customers, mostly by sending flows, and discovering the interest of every one of them individually, which allows us to know who to call and that they actually know about us, making the sales process a lot easier, and saving a lot of time. We also use a lot the templates if we want customers to make some exact actions, or want to tell them something new and generic. It allows us to keep in touch with them saving a lot of our time, which we can invest in making new contacts.

  • Lot of emails sent by Groove (flows or templates) go to spam folders.
  • That is a huge problems because it makes us lose potential customers.
  • Impossibility to send flows to a mail directly, not choosing it from Salesforce or a CSV document.
  • Saves a huge amount of time on my everyday routine.
  • Shows me who is interested on my products.
  • Since I use Groove, I don't have to make so many cold calls.

Yes

I wouldn't use Groove when I'm already negotiating with a customer, or when I'm having a specific conversation with them, groove has nothing to do with this. But when trying to reach new accounts, and discover their interest in my product, it is extremely fast and easy to use, saving me a tremendous amount of time by giving me insights on the mails I'm sending.
