Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is a daily tool used by all SDR's within our company. It allows for automation of otherwise tedious actions that are to be completed each day while simultaneously tracking and updating you with the most pertinent information. Groove has allowed me to do my job at a faster pace while maintaining the accuracy that I need.
  • Allows creation of Flows which automate the manual process of outreach and notify you when each step is due.
  • Can create templates for emails that can quickly be substituted on the fly allowing you to answer questions/concerns without disrupting your work flow.
  • Sharable amongst team members allowing you to collaborate and share what has been and hasn't been working for you.
  • Call logging options can be very limited.
  • Sidebar is effective but not used very often.
  • A few functions such as workspace and accounts not utilized.
  • Allows for more daily outreach.
  • Tracking is no longer manual and individually pertained, but all done under the same space within Groove.
  • Overall helping obtain goals in an easier fashion.
Groove is really the only application of its kind that we have evaluated this far. With that being said its hard to think of some alternative that could compete as Groove checks all the boxes that I need/want to help achieve my goals. Definitely the best product of its kind that I have come across.
Whenever there has been an issue with Groove support makes sure to notify you straight away by way of messaging within the app itself. I have only had one issue and when reaching out I was talking to a Groove team member within minutes and my issue was resolved very quickly.
I believe Groove is suitable for almost any company dealing with heavy outreach to prospects/clients or more specifically sales. It easily doubles your efforts and again takes these manual processes which you do everyday and in turn automates them while maintaining the accuracy and assurance you require. It's difficult to imagine a company that would not benefit from Groove.

Groove has been well suited for everything I do on a daily basis. If my outreach or response is aimed at a single person or a targeted campaign of multiple hundreds, it allows them to be addressed in a very effective and efficient way. There really isn't a job too small or too large for which Groove doesn't fit perfectly.
