Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is used by our department for targeted outreach. It solved pre-existing efficiency issues. With Groove, selective targeting is an easy process, and it seamlessly integrates important data points.

  • Increased efficiency has led to all-time highs in engagement metrics.
  • Selective targeting via lists has enabled us to cut fat - leaned out by removing non-responsive candidates.
Groove is infinitely more useful - it's a comprehensive tool that is much more powerful. The coordination with Salesforce enables us to operate with speed and have fantastic data tracking.
Support reps are terrific - quick response time, ideal attitude. They're very helpful. Sometimes solutions are elusive but the management of issues is satisfying nevertheless.
The upside of Groove has given us a path to scale and increased efficiency across our team. The selective menus, the data sorting, the easy tool sets give us a level of data integration that has elevated our outreach to levels that were very hard to reach. Before Groove, we struggled with scale; now we are exceeding goals by 2x and resetting our targets upward.
