Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Groove is being used by the Airbnb Sales department to make calls and send email templates. We also use Groove to schedule meetings and send calendar invites. I find Groove handy since it links with Salesforce and makes my works easier by logging emails and calls in Salesforce. I also log my notes.
Pros
- Logging calls and emails in Salesforce.
- Sending calendar invites links.
- Making calls and sending emails/templates.
Cons
- I would like to see a one click button when making a call.
- I would like the option of selecting a phone number when dialing different regions.

It was the client's decision to switch to Groove, and, so far, it was the right decision because it does make work easier.
