Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove to close the gap between our Sales and Account Management team. We are a distributed team so Groove allows us to make sure all our important notes and client communications are synced from Gmail to SFDC. This helps us streamline communication when sales hands off a deal to account management after the deal is won.

  • Bulk upload of contacts into the flows.
  • 24/7 support would be great.
  • Faster deal cycles.
  • Increased productivity per headcount.
Groove is super flexible and a quality product to use to increase productivity across your organization. For the cost and the capabilities, I place it ahead of many of its competitors that I've used previously like Ebsta, Cirrus, Outreach, or SalesLoft. This is a company I look forward to watching grow over the next few years as space evolves.

Groove is awesome for allowing the team to work in Gmail or platforms without having to swap back and forth between your workspace and Gmail. This saves our team countless amounts of hours avoiding the need for double data entry of calls, emails, and notes. Groove Flows also allow your Sales and Marketing team to automate what can seem like mindless tasks at times.
