It is being used throughout the entire sales dept.

It's easy to use once you get the hang of it.
I use Groove every single day, it's definitely a tool I can't see myself getting rid of. I bet I've saved hours in a day just by using this tool.
  • Outreach
Outreach has been a product that I've used for over 5 years, I'm a bit biased when it comes to the comparison. Outreach is super easy to use, sleek interface, and the analytics are awesome. The dialer can be a bit wonky. Groove isn't far off in terms of usability, and interface. The analytics need to be more intuitive.

It does the trick! Reaching out to customers or prospects is easy. I personally build out templates, and flows if personalization isn't needed, and add my customers to the flow to get the message out in a timely manner.
