Overall Satisfaction with Groove

It is being used mostly by sales and customer success users in our software sales company. We use it to mass e-mail users to get connected to those who love our software, We are trying to create a network of users to strengthen our connection at different companies. Groove saves us TIME by allowing us to use the contacts we already have and utilize our skills to send multiple e-mails at once.

  • Contact import, not all of my people are in SF.
  • Easier bulk import.
  • Easier sharing of flows.
  • Sharing flows.
  • Editing each others flows.
  • Organization of flows.
  • Time saving.
  • Broader outreach to customers.
  • Increased communication.
Groove has some settings that I CANNOT figure out, and it keeps me from sending intricate flows to high-value users because I am too worried it will go wrong. I also need to do more learning and testing, but when I am pressed for time, it is not something I give a lot of time to.

Outreach had some nice features, but the Groove flows are what we need. I need the follow-up actions, and I actually forget to use the calendar options!

It is well suited for mass outreach to many users, but it is not as good for PERSONALIZED outreach. I am too terrified to send an e-mail that says "Hi (user)" to send e-mails with the name field. I send "hi there" a lot, which works. But I use my own e-mail for detailed and high-value contacts. Bottom line: I don't trust myself to get the logic right to send it to a director level or above.
