Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove has been a great help, love that it has an easy and friendly user interface. We use the tool mainly for outbound outreach and it allows us to track open rates, interest, and engagement. The integration with Salesforce is ideal as it saves a lot of time and effort moving from one to another.

  • Including spell check - Grammarly when creating cadences (flows).
  • Suggesting Ideal cadences.
  • Suggesting removal of leads when emails bounce- CRM.

  • Increased productivity.
  • Increase in quality of leads.
  • Speed to lead!
I personally use it every day, it is a tool that has been used across our sales team and we have found it useful.
It is hard to say but I will set at least 2 mins per lead, so if we have 50 leads a day, 1h 40 mins a day.

I would definitely recommend Groove as it has helped me be more efficient at my job. Following up on hundreds of leads can seem like an impossible feat, however, Groove allows you to manage your work in a more organized fashion, making it easier to reach out to those prospects that are interested in your product.
