Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is a great, easy-to-use engagement platform that integrates with Salesforce and Gmail. It helps across all stages in Customer Success retention and upselling initiatives, not only because it streamlines outreach communication and facilitates meeting scheduling, but it also helps with keeping track of follow-ups and reminders. You can set templates and flows to make your life easier and to also help measure engagement in an easier way.
  • Great at facilitating meeting scheduling instead of 10 rounds of emails to ask for availability.
  • Replacing reminders on sticky notes with very useful reminders.
  • Saving time with templates and flows for all kinds of outreach including new product updates, etc.
  • The flow creation can be a little tricky, so you need a little patience.
  • The Salesforce integration to synch activities with contacts.
  • Scheduling.
  • Communication flows.
  • It has saved me time to focus on more impactful and meaningful activities, for example dedicating more time to a QBR instead of trying to find a meeting time that works for everyone.
There are a lot of features that don't apply to my role and I can see help Account Executives more.

It's great for Sales/Customer Success professionals with larger books of accounts when you can't just trust your memory and don't want to do copy-paste to all emails.
