Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We have a lot of different prospecting tools and areas to keep an eye out for. With Groove connecting to Salesforce, it makes it very easy to create tasks for yourself as well as use Groove to prospect with multiple use cases.

Groove can be a little bit tricky to get accustomed to, but once you setup your flows and templates, it is the easiest tool ever to use. Make sure when you set up the tool, you take a lot of time to go through multiple flows and make sure the tasks you set for yourself can be completed. If you don't have time to really strategize for your company, I would not recommend Groove, but if you are strategic and smart, you can really take advantage of the usability of this tool.
So much time! One of my bigger struggles was having management always ask why notes were not in Salesforce. Groove automatically tracks your daily activity and adds it to Salesforce. One major improvement to save even more time would be to be able to add specific call/SMS/email notes to a particular field. It can be time-consuming to review all your call/SMS/email logs when you go into a lead in Salesforce.
Not even close, Groove has so much more capabilities, and once set up, it's so easy to use.

This is best for a prospecting or sales role. It was very easy to set up. However, there is a lot to the platform so make sure you review all the features. Many colleagues didn't use it properly until they reached out to someone for help. Once you get your basic strategy down, it is so simple to pile on work with minimal effort.
