Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I use Groove in my daily tasks. I call email and LinkedIn InMail through Groove. It is essential for tracking interactions between prospects and accounts.
- Creating flows for calling, emailing, and Linkedin messaging
- Logging steps in flows
- Tracking open and reply rates
- Logging calls
- Adding contacts back into flows that were previously removed
- Showing the correct name and company with the number being called
- Cold calling
- Analytics on opens and click rates
- ZoomInfo attachment that pulls up a company's information while on the phone
- Increased productivity
- Increased revenue
- Easy tracking of data on what companies are being prospected vs not
I probably save about a few hours each week. While not all contacts I need are in CRM, it is fairly simple to add them and transfer them over from Salesforce. Contact generating is a tedious process overall but Groove simplifies some of those middle steps which save me time on a daily basis.
I have not used another product like Groove.
