Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove enables us to have a single application where we can create, consolidate, and share all the outreach that we need as an Inside Sales team. From call steps, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator messaging, to email steps - all with multi-step options as well, it's easy to create and duplicate cadences that help us meet our end goal of generating opportunities within our market. Additionally, we can look into a myriad of statistics, such as email reply rates, message opens, and positive conversations to help us pick and choose things to replicate like messages that resonate with prospects and best days/times to reach out to prospects.

  • Cross-departmental template sharing
  • The Omni Dialer disconnects/lags a fair amount
  • Adding a "skip all emails" option similar to "skip all call steps"
  • Cadences for prospecting
  • Positive conversation stats
  • Cold calling system
  • Single source for outward-facing teams/prospecting
It serves its purpose for cold prospecting & is levels above Salesloft; however, the occasional call lagging & disconnect from Salesforce which can mess up team metrics can be frustrating.

I believe Groove is best suited for teams that are heavily outward-facing/cold calling in regards to their prospecting.
