Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove to keep track of the clients and prospect to contact.

Pros

  • Reminds me who to contact.
  • User friendly.
  • Great for note taking.

Cons

  • Integrating with more software.
  • Updating Salesforce when Groove gets updated.
  • Flows
  • Spaces
  • Notifications
  • It has increased my productivity because I know exactly who to contact.
  • I like that I am able to share it with others and we can both see who has contacted who.
It is easy to figure out and share with others to use and see what you are seeing.
I have used Salesforce but they are not the same technology.

Groove is well suited for me because it is able to lay out every day who I need to contact and what needs to be said.
