Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove on a daily basis to organize my emails and conversation with clients. Because I receive tons of messages every day, it can be chaotic to try organizing everything by yourself. It takes way too much time and can lead to many errors. Having an automation tool like Groove, that is able to automatically organize my emails and put them in the correct places is awesome. I know I can count on Groove to organize the mess my email can become on the go because it sorts everything out in real-time (as soon as I hit "send email").

The usage of the tool is very simple. With Gmail, you can just press the button, log in to the tool and it's ready to go. Just start sending emails and you'll be able to see it working flawlessly, logging your emails, making them available in their UI and other tools, like Salesforce. After logging in, the use of the tool is invisible, it doesn't interfere with your day-to-day basis, so it's zero effort to use, but a huge decrease in the time it takes for you to organize everything.
I have never used a tool like Groove before, but now that I've seen the benefits of it, It'd be hard to keep my productivity levels as high as they are right now. The amount of time + the amount of work it saves me daily is very high! I'd be open to test other solutions, but because Groove already satisfies 100% of my needs, I don't feel the need to do so :)

Groove is very good for situations you are exchanging many emails with people because it can keep track (automatically) of all emails exchanged and show them to you in an organized manner. I think that if I was to send multiple one-time emails, the tool itself would have less of an impact. However, the UI could be of help. Also, it is awesome because it integrates directly with Salesforce, so whenever I'm talking to a deal, not only the information is available on their UI, but also in Salesforce. This saves me a huge amount of time because I don't have to do it manually every time I exchange emails with prospects, clients, or even peers.

Using Groove

1300 - They are mainly related to Salesforce integration and correct mail filling and tracking, at least within customer-facing roles.
