Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I use Groove on a daily basis to organize my emails and conversation with clients. Because I receive tons of messages every day, it can be chaotic to try organizing everything by yourself. It takes way too much time and can lead to many errors. Having an automation tool like Groove, that is able to automatically organize my emails and put them in the correct places is awesome. I know I can count on Groove to organize the mess my email can become on the go because it sorts everything out in real-time (as soon as I hit "send email").

I would say it probably saves me some good five to ten hours per week just by sorting my emails, logging them to Salesforce and to their UI, and (mainly) avoiding human-made mistakes or avoiding me forgetting to log something on my CRM tools or, worse, logging it under the wrong place.
I have never used a tool like Groove before, but now that I've seen the benefits of it, It'd be hard to keep my productivity levels as high as they are right now. The amount of time + the amount of work it saves me daily is very high! I'd be open to test other solutions, but because Groove already satisfies 100% of my needs, I don't feel the need to do so :)

I have never used any other platform, but from my experience with Groove, it's a pretty complete tool, with functionalities that solve my problems really well.
