Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I love using Groove to keep me and my team organized and our customer communications consistent. The various tools help us grow our business, while still staying nimble, and validate experiments faster with strong data and user experience. I will keep using groove for marketing campaigns, customer feedback, and team collaboration in the new year.
- I used templates to make sure we're operating with the same language when connecting with customers
- I use Flows to integrate with Salesforce and reach targeted audiences while working with experimental products
- I use the calendar function to book meetings between customers and multiple teammates
- I use the reminder function to keep my inbox clean and my workflow organized around do now and do later tasks
- Groove's integration in Gmail is decent, but still a bit rudimentary.
- The calendar scheduling function needs improvement: it's a little clunky and easy to make a misstep while difficult to go back and correct
- Sometimes the Salesforce integration is glitchy and it's hard to diagnose why. Would love a better diagnostic feature here.
