Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We have to email a substantial amount of addresses daily; Groove allows us to have a template that we can use to quickly and accurately email each individual the information they need. We also are able to have targeted email campaigns that will allow us to quickly deliver information as well as target a particular group.
  • Ease of use. I am able to quickly write out an email template and save it for the next use.
  • Workflow. I am able to get into a steady rhythm with regards to contacting and then emailing my target audience. I can even email while I am on the phone, which makes it easier to have conversations without interrupting the client.
  • Analytics. Being able to see the percentage of clients who opened our emails, and figuring out what works and how to get adjustments for future campaigns.
  • More automated options.
  • Salesforce and Groove deeper integration.
  • Being able to share information out more broadly outside of Salesforce.

  • Salesforce integration is a major factor, as it makes being able to read and dissect information very easy.

The UI is very clean and it makes reading and gathering information very easy. The learning curve was very short and I was able to use Groove daily with relative ease. I did not have any hiccups with using Groove and working in tandem with Salesforce, it makes my daily workflow a lot smoother.

Groove's UI is one of the top things about it: all of my important information is available in a very readable format and can be easily parsed out to any stakeholders as needed. With me spending less time with entering data, I can spend more time with the client, which again, makes my job a lot easier than having to spend too much time with data entry.
