We use Groove to send emails and track activities like calls and emails, and we also have the visibility on our scorecards through Groove, We can see the number of our calls made, emails we send and the number of customer who viewed and replied to our emails. We can also link Groove to our main tool which is Salesforce.

One of the things that Groove has an advantage over other product is, it is very user friendly, from sending emails to tracking your productivity, you can also document the customers account even the account is on a different tool since we can link Groove to other tool like Salesforce.
