Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is very helpful to us because it gives us the activity feed which helps us check our daily productivity and gives us notification when the client checks the email that we sent. This gives us an indication or a signal that we can reach out to them to complete the conversation with them.

Groove is very helpful specially when you are at a sales account. It helps you to know when to reach to your clients and it helps you to check how productive you are for the past days/weeks. This application is really worth it. Groove helps me to gain more revenue and acquire more clients.

Groove helped me close this one sale last week, I was waiting for my client to sign the document that I sent however for some reason he is not responding to my email. When I saw a notification from groove that he viewed my email, I immediately called him and he was able to sign the agreement and close the sale.
