Overall Satisfaction with Guru

Guru is a great knowledge base to have within our organization! It’s easy to navigate and is usually the go to app to find answers to questions or to learn about issue resolutions. The best part about Guru is being able to ask questions if the answer is not found initially within a current card. It’s a one stop knowledge shop and I’m happy to have company access.

Pros

  • Provides searchable terms to find the corresponding card.
  • Notifications show when card was last updated
  • Cards include related Macros to help thoroughly answer customer inquiries.

Cons

  • Some cards require access and initially, access is denied.
  • If a card is outdated, there is no way of knowing up front.
  • If there is no card associated with the search, suggested cards are sometimes not related to the search

  • The ability to ask questions is a plus
  • Weekly updates about company changes all non place is a game-changer.

The cards are easy to navigate and answers to questions are found rather quickly. For example, if I need to find if a policyholders dog breed is covered, I can type “dog breed” in the search bar, and the first card that populates shows all the dog breeds that are covered by Lemonade. The second populated card then shows the ages up to which each breed can be enrolled for coverage.
