Overall Satisfaction with Guru
As a Product Manager, I think Guru is a great knowledge base. We have product that many people across our organization use, as well as both internal and external users. Guru allows us to standardize our messaging and create hubs of information. We use Guru to create guides, outline processes and document new products and features.
