Overall Satisfaction with Guru

Guru helps me understand the process of our vendor, which is Turo. It gives us the right paths on where we would need to triage every concern that we are encountering. It also shows the process that we need to follow to be able to assist each and every customer that is reaching out.

Guru is very detailed and consistent in every process that they department, articles, and processes that they are including in Guru. Compared to other competitors, Guru is much more budget-friendly and reliable to follow. It is also very user-friendly and it helps newbies to understand every process they need to learn.

It shows the departments where we need to transfer the concern which is detailed. It also shows the process that we need to follow to answer each and every concern. It also shows the articles for each customer whether it is simple or complicated. I cannot see any scenarios where Guru would be inappropriate to use or follow.
