Overall Satisfaction with Guru

Guru has become our companies internal "knowledge hub". We have folks from all departments using Guru to share teaching materials as well as basic troubleshooting tips and tricks. As we work in a virtual environment, Guru has become a valuable source for team members trying to solve problems or learn a new skill. This centralized database of company intel has become a valuable resource.
  • Acting as a learning centre for new skills
  • Acting as a hub to troubleshoot technical issues
  • A resource for folks learning more about the company
  • A training centre for onboarding new employees
  • A resource that helps create an understanding between sales and product roles
  • Would love to see a function that allows companies to create chatbots pulling from their data stored in Guru.
  • Ability to gamify progress through a series of Guru cards
  • Being the one "knowledge hub"
  • Reduced redundant question asking
  • Helped store knowledge from employees moving on, but with lots of intel to leave behind
  • Helped create a culture where documentation is part of our day to day
