  • you can save all the process
  • you can also put in the favorite the important guru articles
  • you can search easily any guru articles
  • guru is helpful since you can create your own articles

Cons

  • the control F sometime its not working fine
  • the font is too small
  • you cannot see the favorites easily
  • can create own articles
  • can put the articles in different files
  • you can maximize the search bar to easily find the articles
  • only the font is small but manageable
  • sometime control F is not working
  • guru is the best overall and help me in m y daily life

we use guru to solve customer concern guru is our knowledge base for everyday use guru is very helpful in our daily life because if I forgot the process i can use the guru and check it without guru we are not able to help our customer to their concerns and questions i highly recommend guru to use it base on my experience.
