Overall Satisfaction with Guru

We use Guru as our work Wikipedia; Guru has become our go-to resource for organizing and documenting our company's knowledge. Its user-friendly platform has significantly streamlined the process of capturing and expanding our collective knowledge base.
  • organizing our knowledge base by departments more easily
  • able to have reminders for certain cards - enabling us to update them periodically
  • having a place to easily access knowledge whenever we need it
  • maybe...adding more fun or cute ways to spice up things such as pastel colour schemes
  • Accessibility
  • Card organization
  • Always having a place to go back, whether to read up on current research or finding something to improve on.
Coda was not as cool as Guru, in simple terms.

We are constantly improving in terms of hiring new colleagues, so writing down the process was very important to us. This way, anyone would have access to the knowledge that is required to understand the process.
