Overall Satisfaction with Guru

We are 300 people in the organisation, and we have loads of data and information about everything. All this is stored in a easy, structured and intuitive way in Guru. Its super easy to understand for even a non-tech savy person like myself. I use it about two to three times a week, and I love that we now can collect all important info on one place, and make it easily accessible and clearly structured for all employees.We have everything from onboarding material structured, to information about the role, and other critical information. We are growing superfast, and have a big tech stack, and where its critical that out tools talk to eachother. I use the Slack integration every day and find it great. Both notifications and search.




Pros

  • Provide templates so all information can quickly be stored and in the same way
  • The search and filter options when looking for articles are great
  • Slack integration I use daily and is great because it goes fast to find articles, and get notifications when my attention is needed

Cons

  • Integrations to more software
  • More gamification men using Guru for onboarding or education
  • Support inside Guru to duplicate articles but with another language. Say English to German for example.
  • Save loads of time, about 2-3 hours a week to skip looking for information as before.
  • Store and structure large amounts of documents, information etc for the whole org.
  • Give a serious and good impression to new colleagues in their onboarding by having it all in there.
Super easy to understand most functions, and how to operate the tool. Searchbar helps loads together with the filters. If almost feels and looks like your inbox in Outlook or Gmail, with folders on the left side and searchbar on the top, again super easy to operate and understand.

Love templates and the ability to structure customised team folders with specific info.

When an organisation have loads of data that needs to be easily structured, understandable, accessible, and sharable amongst many colleagues. During onboarding to share steps based on where a new colleague is in their journey.

I don't use Guru when documenting meetings, or documenting notes from team-meetings. Also, when sharing information with customers I use other tools.
