Overall Satisfaction with Guru

We primarily use Guru as a knowledge base platform for all of our teams to be able to access documents, comms, and any other pertinent information about our products. It allows us to have everything in once place versus having to search all over for what we are looking for.

Pros

  • Easily search for topics you are interested in
  • Easily create new cards
  • Share information to your team

Cons

  • When I go to search for a card, I wish the whole list of search items popped up. When I go to click on a card out of the list and realize it's the wrong one, I have to close out then go back to the search bar and re-search what I'm trying to find
  • It has helped to decrease the chatter on our other communication platforms when people are looking for a specific document or link
From a use standpoint, I find it super easy to use. After the first day of playing around in it and learning how to use it, I had no challenges after that. I primarily search for the cards I need then favorite them if I know I'm going to be looking at them over and over again.

I think it's a fabulous resource for teams to use to easily find and share information with a larger group of people. I love how you can pull in many different types of documents as well, such as docs, sheets, videos, slideshows, etc.
