Overall Satisfaction with Guru

Our team has to remember a lot of tax-related facts and concepts, and Guru has helped us tremendously to be able to collect that team knowledge and be able to share it with new team members when they come on board. Because of the shifting sands of tax law, the validation feature provides a process to make sure our information is current.

Pros

  • Confirming information is still accurate with validation feature
  • Improving consistency of responses to users' questions
  • Providing a internal library of resources to help new team members

Cons

  • Improve organization of knowledge and helping remove duplicate information
  • We can quickly update how to model tax implications when tax law changes using the validation reminders.
Love the integrations. Can help us organize the wealth of information we store there better.

Awesome for groups looking to memorialize firm-wide knowledge and make it readily available for all or only applicable team members. We use it to help our users understand how to model tax projections, and with the changing landscape of tax law, we can quickly update information to make sure our Guru cards are both accurate and relevant to specific tax topics.
