Overall Satisfaction with Guru

We use Guru on a daily basis because our developers put all the updates and information about the platform inside of it to make sure that we will be able to know what and how it works. So far this is the best knowledge base platform that I liked since my last job.

Pros

  • Filtering makes it easier
  • The way that you can save all the necessary cards by pressing the heart
  • The search result is great! It gives what a user is looking for with even a slight information at the search bar.

Cons

  • The theme is quite plain and it would be great to have bright colors.
  • The functions of every pages when clicked looks like a regular website function and additional animation would be good in the eyes
  • Although the functions are great, it would be better if some informations like the name of the author or tags would be highlighted in the Guru card.
  • Better communications between the from the developer to the staffs
  • Better and faster resolutions of problems.
  • Information are well distributed since the knowledge base is easy to use.
Everything seems to be great with regards to the functionality of the website. The functionality from the developers all the way to every single staff is very well suited and will be very helpful for every business and for the growth of their company given the fact that Guru has been able to manage their platform really well.
Guru has a way to make the users find, create, leave a comment, save, etc.. Other platforms are not able to add that to their features since those things are critical whenever someone is working on creating a a knowledge base card and especially for the readers of the specific card. So Guru is without a doubt, better than other platforms.

There's this time that I was really having problems with finding the resource that I was looking for when I had this client that had the specific concern. I know that I already found it before but for some reasons, I wasn't able to remember what I put in the search bar to find it. The good thing that I was able to save it by putting a heart to it which I remember so it really helped me in my toughest situation.
