Overall Satisfaction with Guru

As a growing business, we are also growing in the number of people, inner organizations, features and domains. We need to access knowledge better than asking people. We need knowledge to be available across teams and domains. We need the knowledge to be accessible. This is why we started using Guru as our knowledge-sharing platform.

Pros

  • Have a great UI/UX - making it easy to use
  • Keeps everthing organized and easy to find
  • Help us maintain it and keep it up do date

Cons

  • Slack summaries are a bit small
  • More integrations to see notifications
  • I don't use it enough to know more
  • It may introduce more proccess to your org

* If your organization is growing.
* If you have a lot of hard-to-find, evergreen documents.
* If your documents need verification.

I would not recommend Guru for very small organizations, that don't need a platform for knowledge-sharing
