Guru is very helpful and efficient to use. I highly recommend this to my colleagues to use every time as it provides helpful information and steps as to how to navigate through the concern. I used it every day during my shift. It also help me to provide assistance to my customers with accurate information. It's the best toll that we use as a customer support.
