Overall Satisfaction with Guru
In my organization, I use Guru as a knowledge base since all the guidelines and flows that the company uses are in there.
As a Quality Analyst, I need to check if the advisors are following the correct processes and then Guru comes in action due to that everyday.
Not only that, but it's how I can check if some Live Issue is going on or if we'll be having any updates soon.

Pros
- Telling about the new updates
- Possibility of finding a variety of cards by using only one word
- The ability of the users being able to adapt their own searches
Cons
- Constant bugs when opening different cards one above others
- Having a search filter on the cards
- Confirmation of "I read" button sometimes bugs and the card turns blank
