Guru - River of Knowledge
Overall Satisfaction with Guru
Well, here we work with knowledge. We need to teach new employees how the product works and how they will help our customers - as soon as they get in touch. We needed an app in which we could store a considerable amount of knowledge, an app that would provide us with the means to write down that knowledge in a format that worked for our teaching purposes. An app whose interface was visually pleasing and user-friendly. And we have all of this in Guru. It was much harder before it, but now we can work properly and our numbers grew a lot after implementing this tool.
Pros
- User-friendly
- Enough space to store content
- Visually pleasing interface
- Lightweight app
- Hardly crashes
- Easy implementation
- Easy extension to other applications
Cons
- Guru analytics
- Profile personalization
- Notification
- More knowledge
- Greater employee training
- Better time management
- Best cost/benefit
I believe I never used something like Guru, but Before it, we had a knowledge base that I believe was not from the external market, but something internal made. It was not user-friendly and was very heavy - it took a long time to load and looked like Wikipedia from 2005. When Guru came along, we benefited from a much lighter app, with a better interface and a possibility of retaining more information. Guru has helped a lot in our search for more knowledge, in a more practical and pragmatic way.
