I use Guru as a front line client facing specialist for a SaaS company callee [...]. I rely on Guru to find workflows, processes, directions and internal product knowledge as well as internal structured information such as account classing, pricing and point of contacts

  • Easily digestible
  • Organized

Cons

  • overlapping articles and content
  • can be hard to find most relevant resource
  • Ensures my team is always on the same page using the same resources to find answers to their questions
  • Can quickly be updated to reflect real time changes within the business
It is easy to use and integrate into other softwares such as Gmail, Slack, Hubspot and more!
