Overall Satisfaction with Guru

We use Guru daily since we use it as Knowledge base for every day work. We use it to resolve customer's concerns since we rely on the Guru cards that our Industry published. We also check if there are any updates with our Business process using Guru card. On the other hand, we also suggest changes in Our Guru cards User Interface if we encounter any difficulties.

Pros

  • Ease of Use
  • User Interface is Pretty easy and looks good.
  • Guru card doesn't give me eye strain.

Cons

  • Add a tab that shows the most recent Guru card that has changes.
  • Add a dark mode option.
I give this rating since I'm able to use Guru easily. The only thing we need is the option to turn on dark mode for Guru cards. Also we're able to search for a specific Guru card with ease. We're also able to utilize the search feature pretty well since it's like Google.
Guru card is the best among the other knowledge base that I've encountered, I'm able to compare it to them since I'm able to use Guru with ease. I can search specific topics much easier compared to the others that I've encountered. Guru card is also the best with User Interface, this doesn't give me eye strain.

Every day I encounter Difficult scenarios that I need help to resolve, I seek help with Guru. It's like my personal bible. Guru card always helps me with the resolution that I need. This also makes my every day life easier since I'm able to use this Guru card easier compared to other knowledge base.
