“We use Guru as our central knowledge base to store and share information across the team. It helps us quickly find answers to common questions, follow processes correctly, and stay aligned on updates or policies. The main problems it addresses are scattered or outdated information and the time wasted searching through emails or documents to find what we need. In our case, everyone on the team uses it daily - from onboarding new employees to supporting customers and keeping track of internal procedures.

Compared to other knowledge management tools, Guru stands out because of its verification feature, which ensures the information stays accurate and trustworthy. It’s also easier to integrate into daily workflows and feels more focused on quick, in-context answers than some competitors. We selected Guru because it offered a good balance between ease of use, reliable search, and the ability to keep knowledge up-to-date without much overhead.
