Overall Satisfaction with Guru

Content and knowledge management, creating instruction guides and resources for various client facing departments.

Pros

  • Helps organize content by departemnt/usecase
  • Templates are easy to set up and use
  • Keyword tagging helps us quickly find information we need

Cons

  • Dropdown collapsible points are a bit messy
  • Adding multiple verifiers would help
  • Unsure
I have never had difficulty creating, editing, publishing, or verifying our content cards
Much better for knowledge management - although SI had other functions like creating coaching and tracking QA
