Overall Satisfaction with Guru
Guru is a fantastic product that allows a seamless use of verification, creation, monitoring usage, and integrating with a variety of tools/systems. My team and organization uses Guru as a knowledge base but it is used across multiple departments. The collaborative features of Guru are very versatile and allow for changing information to be adjusted by the appropriate author.
Analytics are also great to see insights into card usage, common keyword searches, and review metrics for updated information. The integrations Guru allows across CRM tools and Slack have been particularly helpful in establishing a self-sufficient team.
