Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
We use Gusto to process out payroll checks. It connects to our timekeeping app for hourly employees and imports their hours worked. Gusto integrates with out HRIS system to import appropriate deductions for benefits and has customizable pay lines so we can add meal penalties, bonuses and reimbursements easily. Gusto is simple for our employees to use and the app makes requesting time off easy.

- More functional reporting
- Less time on payroll saves us money on labor from our accounting department.
- Self led pay stub management saves us time and money in HR
Gusto is much more simple that the 3 companies that I've used in the past. It pulls over less information but also leaves a lot of flexibility for custom payroll settings. I also appreciate the one way communication with our HRIS platform, making changes in Gusto will not create any chaos in HRIS, it only imports.
