Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use it as a time tracker for payroll purposes. It simplifies the time sheet process and makes it easy for workers to track hours when and wherever they are working.

Pros

  • Options of manual or timed entries
  • Clean Interface
  • Ability to use Mobile or Desktop

Cons

  • More benefit options.
  • Learning tracks/onboarding modules.
  • Text reminders about entry.
  • It really simplifies payroll.
  • It's a flexible tool that is very intuitive for almost any user.
As far as payroll management platforms go, Gusto is one of the simplest and easiest to navigate platforms. I love that there's no aimless searching for settings or documents. Everything is so easy to find and use.
TriNet is definitely a more robust platform that offers better benefit options, however Gusto is more cost effective and simple to use. Also, TriNet customer service isn't the best. I haven't had to use Gusto's customer service for anything, so I'm not sure how it compares but I'm happy with the product.

Yes

For small businesses/nonprofits Gusto is perfect. I'd imagine for larger organizations that a more robust HR interface would be better.
