Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

I've used Gusto for over a year and I think it makes it very clear on what I need to know. Time off is very clear and especially having the 401k information is great, knowing where I can take a look at that info. It is great for big teams and small teams as well.

Pros

  • Clear info when you are trying to find something
  • Easy onboarding and updating
  • Great to understand who is on the team

Cons

  • Finding the calendar in the corner is a little confusing
  • Clarification on the difference between Gusto and the sister brand for 401k
  • Clearer way to learn more about company
Super clear, this is the biggest thing I like about Gusto. Especially the email and app notifications too!
Much better than Netsuite for managing a team.

I am not sure if this is best suited for a company that might work in the resturant/retail industry as the clock in process/login might be better for those who have their own laptop vs those who come in and clock in.
